WESRA has built the software and the item bank (question bank or data bank) that is used for conducting NMATonLine - India's first on-line management entrance test.

On-line testing needs a secure and reliable software, a vast data bank of questions and a network. WESRA owns the IPR for a massive data bank of questions that are validated by student responses - the difficulty index and discrimination index of each item in the item bank is derived from actual student responses and provides a statistical accurate method of ensuring that multiple candidates taking tests at different times are administered different question papers that have the same overall difficulty levels.

WESRA has conducted thousands of such tests administered at multiple locations all over India for selection of candidates for management education, for selection of employees and for employee evaluation.
